Arme nur minimal gepumpt, da ich morgen Abend voraussichtlich Beine+Arme trainiere.
Hatte glaub das erste Mal seit 5-6 Wochen Kurzhanteln über 35kg. Daher mal wieder bisschen KH Schrägbank und vorgeneugtes KH Rudern gemacht. Performance waer ganz ok.
Am Schluss noch bisschen mit dem Unterarmgerät 9000 rumgespielt, aber nicht geloggt.
