Wie sinnig ist ein Deload in der Diät?
Gerade bin ich so an dem Punkt wo ich kaum Energie im Training habe.
Welchen Sinn hätte es keinen zu machen wenn du dringend merkst das er nötig ist?

Deload halt lieber bevor man Diät startet und vielleicht dann nochmal später in Verbindung mit Diet Break, falls man sowas nutzt
