bw nüchtern 104,4 kg und komplett dehydriert, weil nachts geschwitzt wie ein schwein wegen dem tren... äh meiner heissen freundin.

45° Presse warmup weil fodse 45x10, 65x7, 90x3, 100x1, 110x1
45° presse 120kg x9, 90kg x13
30° presse 115kg x9, 85kg x12
Presse flach 135kg x7, 105x11
Dips +25kg x9, +0kg x14
Schrägbank (4-1-2-0 sec) 60kg x8, 60kg x7
ursprünglich waren noch waden geplant, aber kb mehr, mach ich morgen.
Dauer: ca. 65 min, playlist war halt durch und die dauert 65 min.. konnte also ohnehin keine waden mehr machen!

jetzt wird nur noch gechillt mit der family mit etwas tv, schach und dazu 1-2 gläser guten whiskey..

Vielen dank mein aller bester!
Können ja bei Gelegenheit mal ne runde raushauen, hab es aber noch nie online gespielt - stehe auf die Atmosphäre mit echten holzfiguren, dazu Whiskey und würde ich rauchen noch das dazu...
