Irgendwas auf dem Lahmacun (Zwiebeln?) Habe ich gestern überhaupt nicht vertragen.
Zusätzlich habe ich den Verdacht, dass irgendwas (ggf die Erdnussbutter) gestern bei mir anschließend Allergie Symptome getriggert hat.
Abends war ich gute 3 kg schwerer und ich fühl(t)e mich richtig elend. Nase zu, Hals kratzt, Husten und aufgebläht.
Alternativ habe ich spontan eine mega Grippe bekommen, aber das würde ich gerade eher nicht vermuten.
Training heute war also Mal überhaupt nichts. Zwei Tage hintereinander Krafttraining war in dem Zustand zu viel, aber sollte ich morgen Rad fahren, wäre Rolle heute kontraproduktiv
