Wie schafft ihr es eigentlich alle die FKB auszuführen.
Ich bekomme das Null gebacken das Gewicht bzw die Stange auf dem Schlüsselbein zu stabilisieren.Mir rutscht das alles runter.
Selbst bei geringsten Gewichten,bekomme ich das nicht hin.
Sind die eigentlich soviel schwerer in Relation zu klassischen Beugen?
